Project Management - Gantt Charts
A Gantt Chart is used to help organise and plan a project.
Generally if you work in an IT position you will be working as part of a team. A Gantt chart shows a timeline of tasks that need to be completed and a start and end date for each task and who is responsible for them.
A Gantt chart also shows task dependencies - you shouldn’t really start building a website without designing it first!
